Mark Liljenberg

Mark Liljenberg is a NASM Certified Trainer and Certified Youth Sports Trainer.

Also, a Top Fast Pitch Coach, a Husband and a Dad of 3 girls, Mark is passionate about teaching strength & conditioning, speed & agility to Adults and our Young athletes.

Whether in a small group session or one on one’s, you definitely want your young athlete working with him.

Jerome Comrie

Jerome has been a Certified Trainer and Sports Trainer for over two years now. He teaches TF SWEAT classes, offers one on one personal training sessions and group sessions as well as works with all our Youth! At an early age Jerome understood the importance of opportunities and the value of hardwork. His parents migrated from the little country of Jamaica into the United States in the early 80's, to pursue better opportunities for their children. There his father joined the military and his mother became a nurse. Growing up, Jerome has taken a liking to sports as he played soccer in elementary school, football and track later in High School. Using his discipline he learned in sports, he pursued dance and made it his career for a short while. He is now married, with one daughter.

Lisa Zolman

Lisa is a Certified Personal Training, group training, cycling & certified nutrition coach for over 5 years.

She has been a Group trainer for 10 plus years and loves pushing people.

Lisa treats each client as an individual and builds customized nutrition plans for their specific goal.

She’s our early morning trainer, full of positive energy, enthusiastic nature and brings ton of variety to each session.

She motivates by example! Hello! She's ran several marathons, including qualifying for and running the Boston and she's been to the top of Mount Rainer and “back”. 

Ashley Purdy

Ashley is a military spouse and Mom of 2. 
HIGH ENERGY fitness classes are her JAM! She teaches TF Sweat Classes several times a week and loves helping people reach their fitness goals and have a blast while doing it.
 
When she's not at the Studio, you can can catch her making sourdough bread with her kids, walking her dog and hanging out with her chickens.

This class is all Upper Body! Time will fly as you work your way from station to station to complete a series of exercises that are sure to increase every inch of your upper body. This is the ultimate upper body lifting class for all levels, beginner to advanced.
